DOM Food Group
DOM Food Group is a Los Angeles-based venture studio that incubates, invests in, operates, and consults the leading scalable food businesses of the future. Among DOM's ventures are seven virtual kitchens with multiple brands in each location, including Gwyneth Paltrow's goop Kitchen brand. Principals of Virentes are minority shareholders.
Hand & Stone is a 560-plus unit massage and facial spa franchise with a mission to bring affordable, luxury spa services to all. Launched in 2004, the company now has locations across 35 states and Canada. An affiliate of Virentes is a multi-unit franchisee of Hand & Stone.
OrangeTheory
OrangeTheory Fitness is an American boutique fitness studio franchise based in Boca Raton, Florida. The first studio was established in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2010 by founder, Ellen Latham. An affiliate of Virentes is a multi-unit franchisee of OrangeTheory.
Since 1936 Shipley Do-Nuts has grown from a single location in Houston, Texas to over 333 locations in nine states. Shipley Do-Nuts is the oldest and largest privately held do-nut brand in the U.S. Virentes Hospitality Group is one of Shipley's largest franchisee partners.
Storyteller Overland is a Birmingham, AL-based authentic adventure lifestyle brand with a strong, industry-leading presence and reputation for innovation in the burgeoning Class B RV and expedition vehicle manufacturing space. Principals of Virentes are minority shareholders of Storyteller Overland and partnered with L Catterton, RX3 Growth Partners and Wheelhouse in its investment.
Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is a fast-growing restaurant franchise specializing in sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, salads, hot drinks and more. Virentes Hospitality Group is Sweet Paris' largest franchisee partner.
MRTC Holdings
MRTC is the premier supplier and servicer of OTR tires, wheels and associated products to the iron mines industry in the United States. MRTC also provides SAAS based fleet planning, performance and logistic software to the largest iron mines in the country.
